COTO TECHNOLOGY, INC. ACQUIRES SRC DEVICES

Coto Technology, Inc. has acquired the assets of SRC Devices and, in so doing, has created the most diversified global reed relay and switch company in the industry.

The continued support of both company’s business partners remains extremely important as this acquisition will further enable Coto Technology to offer increased capabilities and better serve the needs of our companies’ combined customers across multiple industry segments.

The final asset relocations are expected to be completed by the end of calendar 2007. As Coto moves forward, more information will be provided with regard to the strategy of this new organization and further operational developments. In the interim, it is important to keep focused on current business activities to ensure we continue to partner toward exceeding the expectations our customers. We want to emphasize that we are confident that this acquisition will prove to be a positive event for our business partners and employees.
